Hi, I'm Allen Lungo!

Allen Anthony Lungo is a dual U.S.–Costa Rica citizen and international real estate leader who has lived in Costa Rica since 2004. He is the Owner/Broker of Costa Rica Paradise Properties and has held senior leadership roles with major brands including Keller Williams Costa Rica (Founder and Operating Principal) and Coldwell Banker Costa Rica (Managing Broker).

A long-time member of the National Association of REALTORS and the Canadian Real Estate Association, Allen also served for 10 years as President of the Costa Rica Global Association of REALTORS, where he helped advance professional standards, support a U.S.-modeled MLS, and bring NAR’s CIPS education to Costa Rica.

His experience spans brokerage leadership, association governance, international marketing, and U.S.-style mortgage program development, and he is a frequent speaker and presenter at real estate conferences and Realtor associations across the U.S. and internationally.

Backed by advanced degrees in architecture and business from Carnegie Mellon and UCLA, Allen brings decades of executive leadership, team-building, and cross-border real estate expertise to the industry.
